When the games really matter, the Bywater Bounders put on their best show, beating the Minas Morgul Slayers by a final score of 4-0 today. Kudzog Nailslobberer went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. Bywater now leads Minas Morgul 3-2 in the best-of-7 affair.
One pivotal at-bat came with two out in the top of the third. With the bases loaded and Minas Morgul trailing 3-0, Lanlla Iseogrin needed to bear down against Alyndra Farailob. Iseogrin won the battle, as Farailob grounded out and the Bounders went on to win.
The next game is set to be played for Thursday, November 4th , 2049 at Sylvan Cove.
