The Bywater Bounders topped the Minas Morgul Slayers by the score of 3-1 and moved into a 2-2 tie in the Return of the King Series today. The largest share of the credit belongs to Bywater starter Thrukguh the Slobberer, who threw 5.0 innings allowing 1 runs in the win.
Celomli Glarion had a critical at-bat with two out in the bottom of the sixth for Bywater. He came through with a 3-run home run to put Bywater in front, 3-1.
“It’s a mindset,” said the Slobberer. “Just trying to do your job, trying to be consistent.”
