Gildor *Inglorion and the Rivendell Royals opened the Two Towers Series in brilliant fashion, shutting out the visiting Moria Miners at Royals Stadium, 4-0, and securing an early 1-0 lead in the best-of-7 series. *Inglorion, the Royals left-hander, threw 7.2 innings of shutout ball.
*Inglorion was in the zone all game. He frustrated Moria hitters while giving the Royals 7.2 innings of quality work. *Inglorion threw 110 pitches, allowing 2 hits and getting 7 punchouts.
“This was a nice win for us,” said *Inglorion. “It’s one more step toward our ultimate goal.”
