The season is apparently over for Amanda Vishipanov. The Weathertop Witch Kings medical staff informed the club that the closer will be out at least 4 months with radial nerve compression. Vishipanov was hurt in the game against Dunharrow while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think she would recover prior to the end of the season.
In 52 relief appearances this year, Vishipanov has thrown 48 innings, struck out 49 and collected 19 saves. Her won-lost record is 3-4 with a 2.81 ERA.
