Ravenhill starter Pansy Radríguez turned in an exceptional performance at Capital One Stadium to force the Darkwings and the Numenor Kings into a decisive Game 3. The right-handed Radríguez threw 9.0 innings of 4-hit ball in a must-win situation against Numenor, leading the way for the 7-1 Ravenhill win. The winner of the series will advance to the Fellowship Series.
Radríguez pitched a complete game for Ravenhill. The right-hander was charged with 1 run on 4 hits. She struck out 4 during her 103-pitch performance.
“I tried to mix it up, keep them off balance,” said Radríguez.
Game 3 is scheduled for Sunday at The Ballpark at Helms Deep.
