Closing In: Carrock Nears Two Towers With Dramatic Game 4 Win

A clutch 9th inning gave the Carrock Bears a walk-off win over the Rivendell Royals and a 3-1 lead in the Fellowship Series at Old League Park. Young right fielder Tayyar Gwaimir, 23, earned kudos after he went 2 for 4 with a home run and a double, while adding 5 RBI and scoring once.

The decisive blow was delivered by Brobzugh Livertrembler in the bottom of the ninth when he hit a solo home run off fireballing 6′ 9″ left-hander Snugzog Deathskull to win the game for Carrock. The home crowd went nuts.

“What a buzz,” said Livertrembler after it was over.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Sunday, October 15th , 2051.
