Legmasher Nabs MC #1 Pitcher Award

This month when the Lothlorien manager wrote the name “Legmasher” on the lineup card, he was confident that he would get a good start out of him. Outing after outing in April Siloja Legmasher took command and usually got the win.

He dominated with a 3-0 mark and 1.35 ERA in 6 starts, piling up 33.1 innings and 29 strikeouts and holding opposing teams to a .226 average.

For his superb performance Legmasher was named the Mordor Conference Pitcher of the Month by the baseball writers.

April’s Top Starter Named in SC

The Shire Conference scribes have selected April’s Pitcher of the Month and have awarded the honor to Thrargok Oramos of Bucklebury. He was outstanding on the hill last month and has the numbers to prove it — a 4-0 record.

The Fairies star performer made 5 starts with a 0.29 ERA and surrendered 22 hits in 31.1 innings. He struck out 24 and walked 3.

*the Masher Wins MC’s Best Bat Trophy

Ugak *the Masher was declared the Mordor Conference Batter of the Month today. Dead Marshes’s shortstop stroked 37 hits in 95 at-bats for a .389 average in April.

He also hit 5 home runs, drove in 11 and scored 20 runs.

Lucier Named SC Batter of the Month

Belegond Lucier is likely in no rush to flip the calendar over.

The Old Forest third baseman had a huge month in April and has been named the Shire Conference Batter of the Month.

On the month, he posted a .415 batting average, with 10 home runs, 24 RBIs, 24 runs scored and a .483 on-base percentage.

MC Player of the Week, *the Masher of Dead Marshes

Ugak *the Masher more than did his part for the Dead Marshes Uruk-hai over the last seven days and earned Mordor Conference Player of the Week honors in the process.

The club’s shortstop logged an impressive .522 average, drove in 6 runs, hit 2 home runs and scored 4 times.

So far this season, *the Masher is hitting .396 with 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and 19 runs scored. He has 36 hits in 91 at-bats and a .495 OBP.

Old Forest’s Lucier Snaps Up Player of the Week

It’s always a thrill for fans of the team and students of the game alike when a superstar in the making shows what he’s got. Belegond Lucier, the Old Forest Merry Fellows 25-year-old third baseman, put himself in the spotlight last week making him the clear-cut choice for Shire Conference Player of the Week honors.

He ripped 15 hits in 25 at-bats, compiling a .600 average with 4 home runs and 11 RBIs.

So far this season, Lucier is hitting .433 with 8 home runs.

MC Names Top Player of the Week

The Mordor Conference made it official today: Deallyra Galaumer is the Player of the Week.

He really sparkled on the diamond this week with a .524 average to take home the trophy. The Isengard third baseman went 11-for-21, drove in 7 runs, scored 9 times and hit 4 home runs.

So far this year, Galaumer has hit .254 with 5 home runs, 12 RBIs and 12 runs scored.

Old Forest Center Fielder Picked SC Player of the Week

His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Iver Tussle was rewarded with the Shire Conference Player of the Week honors.

The scrappy Old Forest Merry Fellows center fielder hit .429 while collecting 9 hits in 21 at-bats, 4 home runs and 11 RBIs.

This season, Tussle is batting .278 with 17 RBIs, 10 runs scored and 4 home runs.
