At the Hall of Fame induction ceremonies today, the longtime friend and manager of Eruushnak Goblinmaster told the audience, “The worst thing as a manager is the day you realize you want to win more than the players do. I never had that problem with Eruushnak. Nobody wanted to win more than this gifted pitcher.”
For his strong and consistent pitching over the years, Goblinmaster was voted into the Tolkien Baseball Hall of Fame by the Baseball Writers Association.
When he ended his career at age 39, Goblinmaster had a career won-loss record of 207 wins and 162 losses with 4431 strikeouts in 3491.2 innings and a 3.17 ERA.
